The VA benefits and services course is now available online through TAPEvents, a thousand for transitioning service members, veterans, family members and caregivers. You don't need to be on a CAC compatible device to access the course. All VBA regional offices are open and offer face-to-face, public-facing services for veterans and their families.

To be included in the pick-up time, the transportation request must be received at least 48 hours in advance or 5 days in advance for veterans using wheelchairs.
